About the Program

Floating Inn is a multi-hotel city brand focused on providing a "clean, comfortable, and smart" stay experience. We offer international students cross-departmental internships, from front desk reception and housekeeping to marketing projects, providing real-world practical experience and a multilingual workplace environment.

Cross-library learning (Rotation)

Establish a complete hotel operation perspective by arranging different hotel types and functions according to actual operations.

Language and cultural exchange

Collaborate with travelers and colleagues from multiple countries to enhance English/Chinese communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Internship Content: What You Will Do

Choose a primary function and learn standard procedures and hospitality under the guidance of a mentor.

Front Desk / Guest Service

Greet guests, handle check-in/check-out procedures, answer guest questions, practice multilingual responses and CRM records.

HK

Housekeeping

Learn the SOPs for housekeeping, quality inspection, and supplies management to ensure comfort "like home".

Accommodation/Meal Allowance Arrangements
Dormitory accommodation and a monthly living allowance of NT$18,000 will be provided (subject to regulations and quota); details will be provided in the admission notice.

Led by senior colleagues, regular feedback and milestone reviews are conducted.
Cross-cultural workplace
Interact with international travelers and improve English/Chinese communication and professional etiquette.
Project Participation
Implement operational projects and establish quantifiable results.
Certificates and Recommendations
Graduates will receive a certificate of completion, and those with outstanding performance may receive a letter of recommendation.
Future job openings will be given priority.
Those who perform exceptionally well may be given priority in future job interviews.

Eligibility Who Can Apply

  • Currently studying at university (in fields related to hotels, catering, tourism, etc.).
  • Possesses basic communication skills in English or Chinese.
  • Full-time/part-time available X Months (please select the period in the form).
  • It complies with relevant regulations such as Taiwan internship visas/work permits.

Is Chinese language proficiency required?
Not mandatory, but having basic Chinese skills will help with daily communication.
Is accommodation provided?
Depending on the availability of places and regulations, accommodation or subsidies may be provided, as will be stated in the admission notice.
What is the shortest internship period?
At least 12 months, 24 months is recommended to allow for the completion of training and rotation; the actual duration will depend on the specific institution's arrangements.
Do you assist with visa/work permit applications?
We will provide the necessary documentation assistance, but the final approval shall prevail.
