How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You'll receive a booking confirmation email within 10 minutes. If not, please check your spam folder.
Why can't I select my preferred room type when booking on the official website?
Check for minimum stay requirements. If none, the room type is fully booked.
Will my credit card be charged when booking on the official website?
Your credit card is for guarantee only; no charges are made. Payment is by cash or card upon arrival.
Can I book by phone or Line message?
To pay your deposit via bank transfer, contact us on Line to book.(Click to join our official Line)
To pay your deposit via credit card, please book directly on our official website.(Click to go to the booking page)
For same-day check-in, please call us directly to inquire and reserve a room.

For other questions, please contact us by phone anytime.
Can extra guests be added to a double room?
Some double rooms allow extra guests. Please refer to ourRoom Types
Do you offer group discounts?
Please inquire about group rates via email, Line, or phone.
Can I book without a credit card?
Yes, you can. Please book via our official Line account and complete a bank transfer within three days.

Do you offer monthly rentals?
We offer long-term discounts for stays of 30+ days. Select your dates on our official booking page, and the discount will apply automatically.

Can I use the National Travel Card?
Yes. Book on our official website. Your credit card won't be charged online; pay with your National Travel Card upon arrival.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
Per the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee standard contract, for bookings with prepaid or authorized full room rates, a proportional refund within 3 days applies as follows:
1. Free cancellation for notices 3+ days prior.
2. 50% of total room rate charged for notices 1-2 days prior.
3. 100% of total room rate charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
4. No cancellations or refunds after check-in.

Note: For stays including Dec 29, Dec 30, Dec 31, and Lunar New Year Day 1, 2, 3, the full room rate will be prepaid/pre-authorized. Cancellations forfeit the deposit, but it can be used within one year.
Can I check in early if I arrive ahead of time?
Our standard check-in is 3 PM. Early arrivals can store luggage free or opt for paid early check-in. Check-out is 11 AM. Need more time? We offer flexible arrangements. Early check-in or late check-out is NT$200 per hour. Notify us in advance for longer needs.
What if I arrive very late at night?
We offer 24-hour check-in. If arriving late, please notify us in advance for a smooth process.

Do rooms have private bathrooms?
All rooms, except dorms, have private bathrooms.
Are hairdryers provided in rooms?
All rooms, except dorms, include professional high-power hairdryers. Click to view hairdryer model
Are there desktop makeup mirrors in rooms?
We offer professional LED desktop makeup mirrors that simulate natural light for perfect makeup. Free to use, but limited; please reserve immediately after booking.
Can I borrow a baby crib, bathtub, and bottle sterilizer?
To ease travel for parents, we offer complimentary baby cribs (for infants under 2, in suitable rooms), bathtubs, and bottle sterilizers. Limited availability; please reserve in advance.
Is hot water available during limited hours?
No, hot water is available 24/7 for a comfortable shower anytime.
Is there a washing machine for laundry?
We don't have washing machines, but coin-operated laundromats are nearby.
Can I store my luggage?
Our 24-hour luggage room is available for self-storage before check-in or after check-out. Overnight storage is NT$50/day.
Are towels, toothbrushes, and slippers available?
All room types, except dorms, include large bath towels, medium bath towels, shampoo, body wash, disposable slippers, bottled water, coffee and tea bags, and slippers.
Important: EPA regulations:
Effective November 1, 2024, in compliance with regulations, disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, razors, and shower caps will no longer be complimentary. Each item is available for purchase at NT$5-10 if needed.
Is breakfast available?
We don't serve breakfast, but you'll find many breakfast spots nearby.

Is parking available?
Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not reserve spaces.
Can I bring my bicycle into the room?
Bicycles that are not disassembled and packed cannot be brought into rooms. For unpacked bicycles, the hotel will arrange secure indoor parking.

Can guests under 18 check in for a stay or hourly rest?

Guests under 18 checking in between midnight and 5 AM for a stay or hourly rest must meet one of these conditions:

  • Accompanied by an adult relative or friend; or
  • Present a parent/guardian consent form; or
  • Have a valid reason and provide supporting documents.

Valid reasons include:

  1. Taking an exam (admission ticket required)
  2. Participating in a competition or selection (proof required)
  3. Foreign tourists visiting Taiwan (passport required)
  4. Internship (proof required)

These restrictions do not apply if your stay/rest is outside of midnight to 5 AM. For questions, please contact us on Line.

Can I get an invoice and tax ID for the room charge?
Invoices are provided for on-site cash and credit card payments, and a tax ID can be issued upon request. For bookings made and paid on other platforms (e.g., Expedia, Agoda), we cannot issue invoices; please obtain them directly from the booking platform.
Can I retrieve items I left behind during my stay last month?
Found lost items are kept for one week only. To check if your item was found, please email us with a detailed description of its appearance and where it might have been lost.
I left an item at Fooyee Hotel. Can you mail it back to me?
If found, your lost item can be mailed to your address. The cost includes shipping plus a service fee of NT$100-300. We'll request your credit card details for payment.
