    How do I know my booking is confirmed?

    You will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

    Why can't I select the room type I want on the website?

    Please check if there is a minimum-stay requirement. If not, the room is already booked.

    Will my credit card be charged when I book on the website?

    Your card is for guarantee only and will not be charged. Payment is made on site by cash or card.

    Can I book by phone or LINE?

    If you want to pay by bank transfer, please contact us via LINE to make a reservation(tap to add our official LINE)
    If you want to pay by credit card, please book directly on our website(go to booking page)
    For same-day stays, please call us and we can help hold a room.

    Can I add guests to a double room?

    Some double rooms allow extra guests. Please see our room list.

    Do you offer group discounts?

    Please email or call for group rates.

    Do you offer monthly stays?

    We offer long-stay discounts for 30+ nights. Select your dates on our booking page and the discount will apply automatically.

    Check-in

    What is the cancellation policy?

    According to the standard contract, the policy is as follows:
    1. Cancel 3 days prior: free.
    2. 2 days or 1 day prior: 50% of total room charge.
    3. Same day or no show: 100% of total room charge.
    4. No cancellation or refund after check-in.

    Note: If your stay includes Dec 29, Dec 30, Dec 31, or Lunar New Year days 1–3, full prepayment will be required; cancellations are non-refundable but may be used within one year.

    Can I check in early?

    Check-in is 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you can store luggage for free, and paid early check-in is available. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is NT$200 per hour; please contact us for longer extensions.

    What if I arrive late at night?

    We offer 24-hour check-in. If you will arrive late, please let us know in advance.

    Facilities & Services

    Do rooms have private bathrooms?

    All rooms have private bathrooms except dormitory rooms.

    Is a hair dryer provided?

    All rooms except dormitory rooms include a professional high-airflow hair dryer. View hair dryer model

    Is there a tabletop makeup mirror?

    We provide professional LED tabletop makeup mirrors that simulate natural light. Availability is limited; please reserve after booking.

    Do you provide a baby crib, baby bath, and bottle sterilizer?

    We offer free baby cribs (for infants under 2; room must have sufficient space), baby baths, and bottle sterilizers. Availability is limited; please reserve in advance.

    Is hot water available 24 hours?

    Yes, hot water is available 24/7.

    Do you have a washing machine?

    We do not provide a washing machine, but there are coin laundries nearby.

    Can I store luggage?

    Our luggage room is open 24 hours. You can store luggage before check-in or after check-out. Overnight storage is NT$50 per day.

    Do you provide towels, toothbrushes, and slippers?

    All rooms include bath towels, hand towels, shampoo/body wash, disposable slippers, bottled water, coffee, and tea.
    Note:
    From Nov 1, 2024, disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, razors, and shower caps are not provided for free; they can be purchased for NT$5–10 each.
    A hot/cold water dispenser is available in the 1F lobby.

    Do you offer breakfast?

    We do not offer breakfast, but there are many breakfast shops nearby.

    Transportation

    Do you have parking?

    We have a limited number of parking spaces; first come, first served.

    Can I bring a bicycle into the room?

    Bicycles that are not disassembled/packed are not allowed in rooms. If not packed, we can arrange indoor storage to keep your bike safe.

    Can guests under 18 stay overnight or book a rest stay?

    Guests under 18 staying between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM must meet one of the following:

    • Accompanied by an adult; or
    • Present a parent/guardian consent form; or
    • Provide proof of a valid reason.

    Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:

    1. Taking an exam (bring your admission ticket)
    2. Competing in a contest or audition (bring proof)
    3. Foreign visitor tourism (bring passport)
    4. Internship (bring proof)

    Outside of 12:00 AM–5:00 AM, these restrictions do not apply. If you have questions, please contact us on LINE.

    Can I get an invoice with a tax ID?

    On-site cash or card payments receive an invoice; tax ID can be included upon request. For bookings paid via other platforms (e.g., Expedia, Agoda), please request invoices from the platform.

    Can you help find items I left behind last month?

    We keep found items for one week. To check, please email us with a detailed description and where it may have been lost.

    Can you ship lost items back to me?

    If found, we can ship to your address. The fee includes shipping plus a service fee of NT$100–300; we will charge a credit card.
