How are rates and discounts calculated?
Rates vary by check-in date, room type, and duration. Refer to the booking page or Line for current pricing. Discounts apply for stays of 7-14 days, 15-29 days, and 30+ days. Rates include weekly cleaning (by appointment), but exclude breakfast and parking.
How are partial weeks/months priced?
Stays of 7+ consecutive days are priced at the 7-14 day discount. Stays of 15+ days use the 15-29 day discount, and 30+ days use the 30+ day discount. You may inquire about extending your stay before check-out, but extensions are subject to availability. Booking all desired dates in advance is recommended to avoid full occupancy.
Can I pay by credit card?
Due to international credit card regulations, we only accept bank transfers or cash payments for this service.
Is a deposit required? What's the smoking policy?
A NT$2,000 cash deposit is required. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Violations or smoking in rooms, if unheeded after warning, will result in immediate contract termination, forfeiture of room fees, and required check-out. Severe cases incur an additional NT$2,000 cleaning fee.
How are utilities and internet charged?
Rent includes water, electricity, air conditioning, and internet. No need to arrange separate internet, and no worries about high electricity costs common in short-term rentals.
Can I cancel if I don't adapt after check-in?
For bookings over 30 days, the first three days are a trial period. If you don't adapt, you can cancel unconditionally, paying only for the first three days (special offers excluded). For illicit activities (e.g., drug use, sex trade, in-room smoking, business use, gambling, fraud, dangerous items), we reserve the right to immediately terminate the contract and require check-out, with no refund of remaining fees.

Are there laundry facilities and water dispensers?
We provide public water dispensers. On-site laundry facilities vary; please ask the front desk for nearby coin laundromats.

Are pets allowed?
For hygiene and guest comfort, pets are not permitted for long-term stays.

We comply with Taichung City hotel regulations, hold a legal license, and pass regular government fire, safety, and hygiene inspections. Our safety management and regulatory compliance are more comprehensive than typical short-term apartments.
Can I stay with classmates or friends?

We have an elevator, so no stairs. Access cards prevent unauthorized entry, allowing 24/7 guest access.
