Can I pay by credit card?
Per card-network rules, this service does not accept credit cards. Payment is by bank transfer or cash only.
If my stay is longer than 7 nights but not an exact multiple of a week or month, how are the remaining days priced?
You don't have to book by whole weeks or months. For 7-14 consecutive nights, subsequent days use the 7-14-night discount. For 15-29 nights, we apply the 15-29-night discount. For 30+ nights, we apply the 30+ discount. You may decide to extend before checkout depending on availability. If you don't reserve all dates in advance, extension is subject to vacancy.
Where are you located?
We're at No. 165, Chenggong Rd., Central Dist., Taichung City - near Taichung Train Station and Yizhong Street Night Market, with great transport and amenities.
Do you have a washer or water dispenser?
A public drinking fountain is available on the 1st floor. There's no washer on-site, but a coin laundry is about a 1-minute walk away.
If I don't adapt after moving in, can I cancel?
For bookings of 30 nights or more, the first 3 nights are a trial period. If it doesn't fit your needs, you may cancel unconditionally by paying only the first 3 nights (no special offers applied). To protect all guests' experience, misconduct such as drug use, sex trade, smoking in rooms, operating a business, gambling, fraud, or storing dangerous items may result in immediate termination with no refund.
Can you issue invoices?
Yes. We issue invoices compliant with Taiwan's lodging category for your reimbursement needs.
Are pets allowed?
For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted.
Do rooms include furniture?
Yes - TV, a comfortable double bed, sofa, desk, air-conditioning, hair dryer, and a shared drinking fountain.
Is the environment safe?
We are fully licensed in Taichung and comply with strict municipal regulations, with regular inspections for fire safety, public safety, and hygiene. Compared with unlicensed short-term apartments or daily rentals, our safety standards are more comprehensive.
Can I share with classmates or friends?
Double rooms accommodate up to 2 guests, so you can share with a close friend.
How are utilities charged?
Utilities (water, electricity, A/C) and internet are included. No inflated per-kWh charges or separate short-term ISP setup needed.
How much is the deposit?
A TWD 2,000 cash deposit is required. The entire hotel is non-smoking to protect all guests. Repeated or serious violations will lead to immediate termination with no refund, plus a TWD 2,000 cleaning fee for severe cases.
Do I need to take the stairs?
No - we have an elevator.
Do you have access control?
Yes - key-card access. Guests may enter and exit 24/7.
