As per the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee's standard contract, for bookings with prepaid full room rate or credit card authorization for full room rate, a proportional refund applies within 3 days:
1. Free cancellation if notified 3 days or more in advance.
2. 50% of total room rate charged if notified 1 or 2 days in advance.
3. 100% of total room rate charged for same-day cancellation or no-show.
4. No cancellations or refunds after check-in.

Note: For stays including December 29, 30, 31, and Lunar New Year's Day 1, 2, 3, the full room rate will be prepaid or pre-authorized. No refunds for cancellations, but the booking can be re-scheduled within one year.

Our standard check-in is 3 PM. If you arrive early, you can store luggage for free, or opt for paid early check-in. Check-out is 11 AM. For late check-out or extended stays, we offer flexible arrangements. Early check-in or late check-out costs NT$200 per hour. Please inform us in advance for longer durations.

We offer 24-hour check-in. If arriving very late, please inform us in advance for a smooth process.

We offer professional LED tabletop makeup mirrors that simulate natural light for perfect makeup application. These are free to use, but due to limited availability, please contact us immediately after booking to reserve one.

We do not have washing machines. Coin-operated laundromats are available nearby for your convenience.

Our 24-hour luggage room is available for self-storage upon early arrival or after checkout. Overnight storage incurs a charge of 50/day.

All room types include large and medium bath towels, shampoo, body wash, paper slippers, bottled water, coffee, tea bags, and regular slippers.
Please note: As per EPA regulations:
Effective November 1, 2024, in compliance with regulations, complimentary disposable amenities like toothbrushes, combs, razors, and shower caps will no longer be provided. These personal hygiene items can be purchased for 5-10 yuan each if needed.

Bicycles that are not disassembled and packed cannot be brought into the room. For unpacked bicycles, the hotel will arrange secure indoor storage.

Guests under 18 staying or resting between midnight (0:00) and 5:00 AM must meet one of the following conditions:

• Accompanied by an adult relative or friend; or
• Present a parent/guardian consent form; or
• Have a legitimate reason and provide relevant supporting documents.

Legitimate reasons include, but are not limited to:

1. Taking an exam (admission ticket required)
2. Participating in a competition or selection test (relevant proof required)
3. Foreign tourists visiting Taiwan (passport required)
4. Internship (relevant proof required)

These restrictions do not apply if the stay/rest period is outside 0:00-5:00 AM. For any questions, please contact us via Line.

Invoices will be provided for on-site cash and credit card payments, and a uniform tax ID number can be added if required. (For bookings made and paid via other platforms like Expedia or Agoda, the hotel cannot issue an invoice; please obtain it directly from the booking platform).

Found lost items are kept for one week only. We apologize, but if you wish to reconfirm, please email us with a detailed description of the item's appearance and possible location of loss.

If a lost item is found, we can mail it to your specified address. This service incurs a shipping fee plus a service charge of 100-300. We will request your credit card details for payment.
