Rates vary by check-in date, room type, and duration. Refer to the booking page or Line for confirmation. Discounts apply for stays of 7-14 days, 15-29 days, and 30+ days. Rates include weekly cleaning (advance booking required), but exclude breakfast and parking.

For stays of 7+ consecutive days, subsequent days are charged at the 7-14 day discount rate. For 15+ days, the 15-29 day discount applies. For 30+ days, the 30+ day discount applies. You may inquire about extending your stay for the next day before check-out, subject to room availability. Without advance booking for all days, extensions may not be possible if rooms are full.

As per international credit card regulations, card payments are not accepted for this service. Only bank transfers or cash payments are permitted.

A cash deposit of NT$2,000 is required. Please note, smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Violating non-smoking rules or smoking in the room, if warnings are ineffective, will result in immediate contract termination, forfeiture of room fees, and mandatory check-out. Severe cases incur an additional NT$2,000 cleaning fee.

Rent includes water, electricity, AC, and internet. No separate internet application is needed, and you won't face high electricity charges common in short-term rentals.

For bookings over 30 days, a three-day trial period is offered post check-in. If you don't adapt during this time, you may unconditionally terminate the contract, paying only for the first three days' room fees, excluding special offers. For illicit activities like drug use, sex trade, in-room smoking, commercial use, gambling, fraud, or storing dangerous items, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the contract and demand check-out, with no refund of remaining room fees.
