How to confirm my booking?

You will receive a booking confirmation email within 10 minutes. Receipt of this email confirms your booking. If not received, please check your spam folder.

Why can't I select my preferred room type when booking on the official website?

Please check for minimum stay restrictions. If none, the room type is fully booked.

Will my credit card be charged when booking on the official website?

Credit card details are for guarantee only; no charges will be made. Payment is due upon arrival by cash or card.

Can I book by phone or Line message?

To pay the deposit via bank transfer, please contact us via Line message for booking.(Click to join our official Line)
To pay the deposit via credit card, please book directly on our official website.(Click to go to the booking page)
For same-day check-in, please call us directly to inquire and reserve a room.

For other queries, please call us anytime.

Can an extra bed be added to a double room?

Due to space limitations, double rooms cannot accommodate extra beds. We recommend booking our triple room.

Are there group stay discounts?

Please email or call us for group discounts.

Can I book without a credit card?

Yes, you can book without a credit card. Please book via our official Line and complete the bank transfer within three days.

Are there short-term monthly rental plans?

For stays over 30 days, enjoy a 20% discount on room rates. Select your dates on our official website booking page, and the discount will apply automatically.

Can I use a National Travel Card?

Yes. Please book directly on our official website's booking page. Credit card details entered during booking will not be charged online. You can pay with your National Travel Card upon arrival.

Check-in Queries

I want to cancel my booking. Can I get a refund?

As per the Consumer Protection Act's standard contract, for bookings with 'pre-paid total room rate (full rate)' or 'authorized hotel credit card deduction (full rate)', a proportional refund of the pre-paid agreed total room rate is applicable within 3 days:
1. Cancellation notified 3 days or more in advance: Free cancellation.
2. Cancellation notified 2 or 1 day in advance: 50% of total room rate charged.
3. Same-day cancellation or no-show will incur a 100% charge of the total room rate.
4. No cancellations or refunds after check-in.

Note: Bookings including December 29, 30, 31, and the first three days of Lunar New Year require full advance payment. Deposits for such bookings are non-refundable upon cancellation but can be used within one year.

Can I check in early?

Standard check-in is 3 PM, check-out is 11 AM. Arriving early? Store your luggage free of charge. Paid early check-in is also available. Need more time? We can arrange flexible late check-out. Early check-in or late check-out costs an additional NT$200 per hour. For longer durations, please inform us in advance.

What if I arrive late at night?

We offer 24-hour check-in. Please inform us in advance if you'll be arriving late at night, and we'll ensure a smooth process.

Facilities and Services

Do rooms have attached bathrooms?

All our rooms have attached bathrooms.

Is a hairdryer provided in the room?

All rooms come with professional, high-power hairdryers. Click to view hairdryer model

Is a tabletop makeup mirror available in the room?

We offer professional LED tabletop makeup mirrors that simulate natural light for perfect makeup application. These are free to use, but due to limited availability, please contact us immediately after booking to reserve one.

Are baby cots, bathtubs, and bottle sterilizers available?

For parents travelling with infants, we offer complimentary baby cots (for infants under 2, subject to room space), baby bathtubs, and bottle sterilizers. Please reserve in advance due to limited availability.

Is hot water available for limited hours?

No, hot water is available 24/7, ensuring a comfortable hot shower anytime.

Is a washing machine available for laundry?

We do not have washing machines. Coin-operated laundromats are available nearby.

Can I store my luggage?

Our 24-hour luggage room allows self-storage for early arrivals or after check-out. Overnight storage costs NT$50 per day.

Are towels, toothbrushes, and slippers provided?

All room types include large and medium bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, paper slippers, bottled water, coffee, tea bags, and regular slippers.
※Note: As per EPA regulations:
From November 1, 2024, in compliance with regulations, complimentary disposable amenities (toothbrushes, combs, razors, shower caps, etc.) will no longer be provided. These personal hygiene items can be purchased for NT$5-10 each.
A complimentary hot, warm, and cold water dispenser is available in the 1F lobby.

Is breakfast provided?

We do not serve breakfast, but many breakfast options are available nearby.

Transportation Queries

Which MRT station is Fooyee Hotel Yonghe near?

A 10-minute walk from Yong'an Market MRT Station.

Do you have a parking lot, or are there any nearby?

Free parking is available but limited; advance booking is required. Vehicle limits: 170cm height, 480cm length. Jiahe Park paid parking, a 3-minute walk away, has a daily maximum of NT$150.

Can heavy motorcycles be parked?

Yes, we have ground-level parking for heavy motorcycles, but spaces are limited and require advance booking.

Can bicycles be kept in the room?

Unpacked bicycles cannot be brought into rooms. For safety, we'll arrange indoor parking for your unpacked bicycle.

How long is the walk from Fooyee Hotel to Lehua Night Market?

Approximately 5-7 minutes walk.

What is the address of Fooyee Hotel Yonghe?

Are guests under 18 allowed to stay or rest?

Guests under 18 staying or resting between midnight and 5 AM must meet one of these conditions:

  • Accompanied by an adult relative or friend; or
  • Present a parent/guardian consent form; or
  • Provide valid reason with supporting documents.

Valid reasons include, but are not limited to:

  1. Taking an exam (admission ticket required)
  2. Participating in a competition or selection (proof required)
  3. Foreign tourists visiting Taiwan (passport required)
  4. Internship (proof required)

These restrictions do not apply if your stay/rest is outside midnight to 5 AM. For questions, please contact us on Line.

Can I get an invoice with a uniform invoice number for room charges?

Cash and credit card payments made on-site will receive an invoice; a uniform invoice number can also be provided if needed. For bookings paid via other platforms (e.g., Expedia, Agoda), please request invoices directly from the booking platform, as the hotel cannot issue them.

Can I retrieve items I left behind during my stay last month?

Found lost items are kept for one week only. To check if your item has been found, please email us with a detailed description of its appearance and where it might have been lost.

I left items at Fooyee Hotel. Can you ship them back to my address?

If found, lost items can be shipped to your address. This incurs shipping costs plus a service fee of NT$100-300. We will request your credit card details for payment.
