How are prices calculated if your stay is over 7 days but not a full week or month?
You don't need to commit to a full month or week. For stays over 6 consecutive days, subsequent days are charged at the 7-14 day discounted rate. For stays over 14 consecutive days, the 15+ day discounted rate applies. You may extend your stay before checkout, subject to room availability. To avoid unavailability, please inform us of your full stay duration as early as possible.
Do you accept credit cards?
As per international credit card regulations, this service does not accept credit card payments. We only accept bank transfers or cash.
What is the hotel's location?
We are located at No. 331, Section 1, Zhongshan Road, Yonghe District, New Taipei City, in the heart of Yonghe. Enjoy convenient transport and amenities. A 1-minute walk to the cinema and department store, and close to Yong'an Market MRT Station and Lehua Night Market.
Are washing machines and water dispensers available?
We offer a public water dispenser on the ground floor. While no washing machines are on-site, a coin-operated laundry is just a 3-minute walk away.
Can I terminate the contract if I find the environment unsuitable after check-in?
For bookings over 30 days, we offer a three-day trial period after check-in. If unsuitable, you can unconditionally terminate the contract, paying only for the first three days' room fees (excluding special offers). This protects you from problematic landlords. Note: engaging in illicit activities (e.g., drug use, sex trade, in-room smoking, commercial use, gambling, fraud, storing dangerous items) will result in immediate contract termination and eviction, with no refund of remaining fees.
Can you provide an invoice?
Yes, we provide invoices compliant with Taiwan's legal accommodation categories for your expense claims.
Are pets allowed?
Due to hygiene considerations, pets are not permitted.
Is the room furnished?
Rooms include a TV, comfortable double bed, desk, air conditioning, and hairdryer. A public water dispenser is also available. Ready for immediate occupancy.
Is the environment safe?
We comply with 16 strict New Taipei City regulations, hold a valid hotel license, and pass regular government fire, safety, and hygiene checks. Our safety measures are far more reliable than typical short-term or daily rentals. Search 'daily rental carbon monoxide poisoning', 'rental fire deaths', 'short-term rental drug use', or 'fake monthly real daily rentals' to grasp the importance of rental safety.
Can I stay with friends or classmates?
Double rooms accommodate up to two guests, perfect for you and a close friend.
How are water and electricity charged?
Rent includes water, electricity, AC, and internet. No worries about exorbitant electricity charges (up to NT$5 per unit) common in some rentals, or the hassle of short-term internet setup.
Is a security deposit required?
No deposit needed. Please note: smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel to ensure guest comfort. Guests violating this rule, despite repeated warnings, will face immediate contract termination, no refund, and eviction. Severe cases incur an additional NT$2000 cleaning fee.
Are there stairs to climb?
We have an elevator; no stairs required.
Is there a curfew or access control?
We use access cards to restrict entry to authorized guests only. However, residents enjoy 24/7 unrestricted access.
