If your stay exceeds 7 days but is not a multiple of a full week or month, how will the price be calculated for the remaining days?
You don't need to stay for a full month or a week. As long as you stay for more than 6 consecutive days, we will calculate the remaining days at the discounted rate for 7 to 14 days; if you stay for more than 14 consecutive days, we will calculate the remaining days at the discounted rate for 15 days or more. You can also decide whether to extend your stay for the next day before check-out, but please pay attention to room availability. If you do not book all the days, there is a risk that the rooms will be full and you will not be able to extend your stay, so please inform us of your needs as early as possible.
Can I pay by card?
According to the regulations of the Credit Card International Organization, this service does not offer card payment; it is limited to bank transfer or cash payment only.
Where is your hotel located?
Our location is at No. 331, Section 1, Zhongshan Road, Yonghe District, New Taipei City, in the heart of Yonghe City. It boasts convenient transportation and excellent amenities. A movie theater and department store are just a 1-minute walk away, and the Yong'an Market MRT station and Lehua Night Market are also nearby.
Does it come with a washing machine and a water dispenser?
We provide public drinking fountains on the first floor, but there are no washing machines inside the building. However, a coin-operated laundromat is a 3-minute walk away.
If I don't like the environment after moving in, can I cancel the contract?
If you book for more than 30 days, we offer a trial stay of the first three days after your arrival. If you find it unsuitable during this period, you can terminate the contract unconditionally, only needing to pay the room rate for the first three days, excluding any special offers. This arrangement ensures you won't be bothered by a bad landlord. It's important to note that if you engage in any misconduct, including but not limited to drug use, prostitution, smoking in the room, using the room as a business establishment, gambling, fraud, or placing dangerous items, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the contract and evict you without refunding the remaining room rate.
Can you issue invoices?
Of course, we can provide invoices that comply with legal accommodation categories in Taiwan, which you can use for reimbursement.
Can I bring my pet?
Considering the importance of environmental hygiene, we cannot allow any pets to be brought in.
Does it come with furniture?
We have a TV, a comfortable double bed, a desk, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a shared water dispenser. You are welcome to check in directly.
Is your environment safe?
We comply with New Taipei City's 16 strict regulations, hold a valid hotel license, and undergo regular government inspections for fire safety, public security, and hygiene. Compared to typical short-term rental apartments or daily rental rooms, our safety measures are more stringent and reliable. Searching for terms like "carbon monoxide poisoning in daily rentals," "death in rental fires," "drug use in short-term rentals," or "fake monthly rentals, real daily rentals" will help you understand the importance of rental safety.
Can I live with my classmates or friends?
If you choose a double room, the maximum number of guests is two, and you can stay with one close friend.
How are water and electricity priced?
Our rent includes water, electricity, air conditioning, and internet access. You don't need to worry about unreasonable electricity charges of up to 5 yuan per kilowatt-hour in some rental apartments, nor do you need to worry about short-term leases and applying for internet access with telecommunications companies.
How much deposit do I need to pay when renting a house from you?
No deposit is required. Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the property to ensure the quality of accommodation for all guests. If any guest is found violating the no-smoking policy or smoking in their room, and repeated warnings are ignored, we will immediately terminate the contract without refund and remove the guest. For serious violations, an additional cleaning fee of 2000 RMB will be charged.
Do I need to climb stairs?
We have an elevator, so there's no need to climb stairs.
Do you have access control?
We have access control cards to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering, but residents can come and go freely at any time of day without being subject to access control.
