These guidelines affect payment, extensions, refunds, and check-in rights. Please review before booking. Actual rates and availability are subject to branch confirmation.
How are rates and discounts calculated?
Rates vary by check-in date, room type, and length of stay. Refer to the booking page or Line for confirmation. Discounts apply for 7-14, 15-29, and 30+ day stays. Rates include weekly cleaning (advance booking required) but exclude breakfast and parking.
How are remaining days priced for non-weekly/monthly stays?
For stays over 6 consecutive days, subsequent days are charged at the 7-14 day discount. For 14+ consecutive days, the 15+ day discount applies. Inquire about extending your stay before check-out; subject to availability. Without prior booking, extensions may not be possible due to full occupancy.
Do you accept credit cards?
As per international credit card regulations, this service does not accept credit card payments. We only accept bank transfers or cash.
Deposit required? What's the smoking policy?
No deposit required. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Violations or smoking in rooms, if unheeded, will lead to immediate contract termination, no refund, and eviction. Severe cases incur an additional NT$2,000 cleaning fee.
How are water, electricity, AC, and internet charged?
Rent includes water, electricity, AC, and internet. No separate internet setup needed, and no worries about high electricity bills common in short-term rentals.
Can I cancel if I don't adapt after check-in?
For bookings over 30 days, the first three days are a trial. If unsuitable, you can cancel unconditionally, paying only for the first three days (no special offers). For illicit activities (drug use, prostitution, in-room smoking, business use, gambling, fraud, dangerous items), we reserve the right to immediately terminate the contract and demand check-out, with no refund.

Is the environment safe?
We comply with New Taipei City hotel regulations, hold a legal license, and undergo regular government fire, safety, and hygiene inspections. Our safety and regulatory compliance are more comprehensive than typical short-term apartments.
Can I stay with classmates or friends?
Yes, but occupancy is room-type dependent. Double rooms fit two. For more guests, inquire via Line for suitable rooms.
Stairs involved? Is there access control?
Elevator access, no stairs. Access card control prevents unauthorized entry, allowing 24/7 resident access.
