Per the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee's standardized contract, refunds for pre-paid or credit card authorized full room rates are as follows:
1. Free cancellation if notified 3 days or more in advance.
2. 50% of the total room rate will be charged if notified 1 or 2 days in advance.
3. 100% of the total room rate will be charged for same-day cancellation or no-show.
4. No cancellations or refunds after check-in.

Note: For stays including December 29, 30, 31, or Lunar New Year's Day 1, 2, 3, the full room rate will be pre-charged. Cancellations for these dates are non-refundable, but the payment can be applied to a future stay within one year.

Check-in is at 3 PM. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage for free or opt for paid early check-in. Check-out is at 11 AM. For late check-out or extended stays, we offer flexible arrangements. Early check-in or late check-out is NT$200 per hour. Please notify us in advance for longer extensions.

We offer 24-hour check-in. If you anticipate a late arrival, please inform us in advance so we can ensure a smooth process.

We offer professional LED tabletop makeup mirrors that simulate natural light for perfect makeup application. They are free to use, but quantities are limited, so please contact us immediately after booking to reserve one.

To assist parents traveling with infants, we offer complimentary baby cribs (for infants under 2, in suitable rooms), baby bathtubs, and bottle sterilizers. Quantities are limited, so please reserve in advance.

No, hot water is available 24/7, ensuring a comfortable shower whenever you arrive!

We do not have washing machines. Coin-operated laundromats are conveniently located nearby.

Our 24-hour luggage room is available for early arrivals or post-checkout storage. Overnight storage incurs a NT$50/day fee.

All room types include large and medium towels, shampoo, body wash, disposable slippers, bottled water, coffee, tea bags, and reusable slippers.

Guests under 18 years old staying overnight or for a short rest period between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM must meet one of the following conditions:

• Be accompanied by an adult relative or friend; or
• Present a parent/guardian consent form; or
• Provide valid justification with supporting documentation.

Valid justifications include, but are not limited to:

1. Taking an exam (admission ticket required)
2. Participating in a competition or interview (proof required)
3. Foreign tourists visiting Taiwan (passport required)
4. Internship (proof required)

Invoices are provided for on-site cash and credit card payments, and a Uniform Invoice Number can be issued upon request. Please note that for bookings paid through third-party platforms (e.g., Expedia, Agoda), the hotel cannot issue invoices; kindly obtain them directly from the booking platform.

We retain lost and found items for one week only. To inquire about a forgotten item, please email us with a detailed description of its appearance and the approximate location where it might have been lost.

If a lost item is found, we can ship it to your specified address. This service incurs shipping costs plus a NT$100-300 service fee, which will be charged to your provided credit card.
