    How do I know the reservation is completed?

    You will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive the email confirmation, please check your junk mailbox.

    Why can't I make a reservation to certain types of rooms?

    In this situation, please check the amount of minimum of nights to stay. If there is no minimum stay, it means the room is not available.

    Why do I have to provide my Credit Card information when I book the room? Will I be charged the room fee?

    Your Credit Card information is required to guarantee your booking. No charge will be done in this one. Payment will be due at the time of check-in. You can pay by Cash or Credit Card.

    Can I make a phone call or send FB message to book a room?

    Phone call booking only accept today’s or tomorrow’s reservation. We don’t accept using FB message to make a reservation, but you can use it for checking availability.

    Is it possible to have extra bed in double room?

    Due to the space limitation, we cannot add extra bed in the double room, we suggest you to book our triple room type.

    Do you have group booking discount?

    Please email or call us.

    Can I book a room if I don't have a credit card?

    Reservations can still be made without a credit card. Please email to us, we will send bank info to you. Please complete the transfer within three days.

    Do you have discount on monthly package?

    We offer a 20% discount on room rates for stays of over 30 days. You can select your desired dates on our official website’s booking page — the discount will be applied automatically for stays longer than 30 days.

    Service

    I want to cancel reservation, is it refundable?

    Cancellation Policy:
    Free Cancellation prior to 3 days on arrival
    50% Cancellation fee of total package price for cancellation 1-2 days prior to arrival.
    100% Cancellation fee of total package fee for cancellation on arrival day.

    If you accommodation include 31 Dec and 2nd, 3rd Jan(lunar calendar).
    The room fee will be charged or pre-authentication piror to arrival and reservation is non-refundable but can be re-used within one year.

    Is it possible to check in before 3:00 PM?

    Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, if you arrive early, don’t worry — you’re welcome to store your luggage with us free of charge. We also offer a paid early check-in service at any time, so you can settle in without stress.
    Check-out time is 11:00 AM, but if you’d like a little more time, that’s no problem. We’re happy to make flexible arrangements based on your needs. Early check-in or late check-out is available at just NT$200 per additional hour. If you need to stay longer, simply let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

    What should I do if I arrive after 10:30 PM(late check-in)?

    We offer 24-hour check-in. If you’re arriving late at night, just let us know in advance — we’ll make all the necessary arrangements to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in for you.

    Is there a bathroom in the room?

    All our rooms are bathroom included.

    Is there hair dryer provided in the room?

    We provide hair dryer. It’s professional salon class hair dryer. You can have your hair dried very quickly.

    Is there makeup mirror provided in the room?

    We provide professional-grade LED tabletop makeup mirrors that simulate natural light, ensuring your makeup appears with accurate colors and shades. This facilitates the makeup process for you! As quantities are limited, please contact us immediately after completing your booking to make a reservation.

    Do you have a crib, baby bath and bottle sterilizer I can borrow?

    To make things easier for parents with babies, we offer free use of baby cots (only for babies under 2 years old in rooms with enough space), baby baths and bottle sterilizers.Please make a reservation in advance as we only have a limited number of these available.

    Is the hot water provided anytime?

    Yes, we offer hot water 24 hours. Whenever you arrive you can have a comfortable shower!

    Is there a washing machine ?

    We don't provide washing machine. You can find laundry very easy near our hotel.

    Can I drop my luggage in your hotel after check-out?

    You can drop you luggage in our luggage room. An overnight luggage will be charged 50TWD per night.

    Is the toiletries included in the room fee (Towels/flip flop/toothbrush, etc)?

    Toiletries is included, except toothbrushes, combs, razors, and shower caps. you can purchase it for an additional fee.

    Do you have breakfast?

    The accommodation is not included breakfast.

    Which metro station is closer to Fooyee?

    Our hotel is about 2 min on foot to Wenxin Zhongqing Station.

    Do you have parking?

    Parking is free for the guests who make reservation on our official website. Because the limited number of parking lots, we don't guarantees there are parking lots available when you arrived. Please contact us to reserved your parking lot.

    Can heavy motorbikes be parked?

    Yes, the hotel has parking for heavy motorbikes, but parking is limited and must be booked in advance.

    Can I park my bike in the room?

    Bicycles that are not unpacked cannot be brought into the room. For unpacked bicycles, the hotel will arrange for you to park them in the hotel's indoor space to ensure their safety.

    Are there any good places to eat nearby?

    Nearby is the Beiping shopping district, which has many street food stalls and eateries.

    Can I book a room if I am under 18 years old?

    "Between 0 AM and 5 AM," individuals under the age of 18 without adult supervision, who wish to stay, must provide a valid reason or obtain parental/guardian consent. Valid reasons include but are not limited to: examinations (requires presentation of examination permits), competitions (requires presentation of relevant documents), auditions (requires presentation of relevant documents), foreign travelers visiting Taiwan (requires presentation of passport), etc.

    Will I get receipt?

    If you pay by cash or credit card on hotel. you will get receipt. However, if you pay in other platform(ex. Airbnb, Agoda), you have to ask them for receipt.

    Can I still find the belonging I left over in room when I check-out in last month?

    We are sorry, we only keep the lost items for one week. If you want to reconfirm whether you have found it or not, you can email us and please describe in detail the appearance of the item and the location where it may be lost.

    I left my stuff in Fooyee, can you send it back to my place?

    If the lost item is found, we can send it to the designated address for a shipping fee plus a service fee ranging from 100TWD to 300TWD, and you will be asked to provide your credit card number for debit.
