Room rates vary by check-in date, room type, and length of stay. Please refer to the booking page or Line inquiry for final rates. Discounts apply for stays of 7-14 days, 15-29 days, and 30+ days. Rates include weekly cleaning (by appointment), but exclude breakfast and parking.

For consecutive stays of 7+ days, subsequent days are priced at the 7-14 day discount. Stays of 15+ days receive the 15-29 day discount, and 30+ days receive the 30+ day discount. You may inquire about extending your stay before check-out, but it depends on room availability. Without pre-booking all days, extensions may not be possible if rooms are full.

Due to international credit card regulations, this service does not accept credit card payments. Only bank transfers or cash are accepted.

A cash deposit of NT$2,000 is required. Please note: smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Violations or smoking in rooms, if warnings are ineffective, will result in immediate contract termination, no refund, and required check-out. Severe cases will incur an additional NT$2,000 cleaning fee.

Rent includes water, electricity, AC, and internet. You won't need to arrange separate internet or worry about the high electricity costs often associated with short-term rentals.

For bookings over 30 days, the first three days are a trial period. If you don't adapt during this time, you may terminate the contract unconditionally, paying only for the first three days (special offers excluded). For illicit activities such as drug use, sex trade, in-room smoking, using the premises for business, gambling, fraud, or storing dangerous items, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the contract and require check-out, with no refund of remaining room fees.
