    How do I know if my booking is completed?

    You’ll receive a confirmation email within 2 hours. Receiving it means your booking is complete. If not, please check your spam folder.

    Why can’t I choose the room type I want on the official site?

    Check whether a minimum length of stay applies. If not, the room type is likely sold out.

    Will the credit card I entered be charged?

    The card is for guarantee only and won’t be charged in advance. Please pay on-site by cash or card.

    Can I book by phone or via Line?

    If you wish to pay a deposit by bank transfer, please contact us via Line (tap to add our official Line).
    If you wish to pay the deposit by credit card, please book on our official site (tap to go to booking).
    For same-day stays, you can call us and we’ll hold a room for you.

    Can an extra bed be added to a double room?

    Yes, an extra bed can be added.

    Do you offer group discounts?

    Please inquire by email or phone for group offers.

    Can I book without a credit card?

    Yes. Please book via our official Line and complete the bank transfer within three days.

    For 30+ nights, enjoy 20% off room rates. On our booking page, select your dates—once the stay exceeds 30 days, the discount is applied automatically.

    Check-in

    I want to cancel my booking. Can I get a refund?

    According to the Taiwan Consumer Protection Committee standard contract, for bookings with “prepaid total room price (full amount)” or “authorization to charge the hotel credit card (full amount),” refunds are as follows:
    1. Cancel ≥ 3 days before arrival: free cancellation.
    2. Cancel 1–2 days before arrival: 50% of total room price charged.
    3. Cancel on arrival day or no notice (No Show): 100% charged.
    4. After check-in, cancellations/refunds are not available.

    Note: If the stay includes Dec 29–31 or Lunar New Year days 1–3, the full amount will be pre-collected/pre-charged. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation, but the stay can be postponed for use within one year.

    Can I check in early if I arrive before time?

    Standard check-in is 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store luggage for free or opt for paid early check-in. Check-out is 11:00 AM; late check-out is available flexibly. Early check-in/late check-out: NT$200 per hour. For longer extensions, inform us in advance.

    What if I arrive very late at night?

    We can check you in 24/7. Please notify us in advance and we’ll arrange a smooth arrival.

    Do rooms have private bathrooms?

    Yes, all rooms have private bathrooms.

    Is a hair dryer provided?

    All rooms include a professional high-airflow hair dryer. View model

    Is a tabletop makeup mirror available?

    We provide professional LED tabletop makeup mirrors simulating natural light for accurate makeup. Free to borrow; limited quantity—please reserve after booking.

    Can I borrow a baby crib, baby bathtub, and bottle sterilizer?

    Yes—free of charge. (Cribs for under-2s and only in suitable room types.) Quantities are limited—please reserve in advance.

    Is hot water available only during certain hours?

    No, hot water is available 24/7.

    Do you have washing machines?

    We don’t have on-site washers; coin laundries are nearby.

    Can I store my luggage?

    The luggage room is open 24 hours. Before check-in or after check-out, you may store items yourself. Overnight storage: NT$50/day.

    Do you provide towels, toothbrushes, and slippers?

    All room types include large & medium bath towels, shampoo & body wash, paper slippers, bottled water, coffee, tea, and slippers.
    ※ Note (EPA regulation):
    From Nov 1, 2024, in compliance with regulations, single-use amenities (toothbrush, comb, razor, shower cap, etc.) are not complimentary. Each item costs NT$5–10 if needed.

    Is breakfast provided?

    We don’t serve breakfast; there are many breakfast options nearby.

    Transportation

    Is there on-site parking? Any nearby parking options?

    No on-site parking. Dongxin Parking is a 4-minute walk away and costs NT$20 per hour.

    Can I keep a bicycle in the room?

    Unpacked bicycles cannot be brought into rooms. We will arrange indoor storage to keep your bike safe.

    Can guests under 18 stay or rest?

    Guests under 18 who stay or rest between 00:00 and 05:00 must meet one of the following conditions:

    • Be accompanied by an adult relative/friend; or
    • Present a parent/guardian consent letter; or
    • Have a valid reason with supporting documents.

    Valid reasons include but are not limited to:

    1. Examinations (admission ticket required)
    2. Competitions or auditions (supporting proof required)
    3. Foreign tourists visiting Taiwan (passport required)
    4. Internships (supporting proof required)

    If your stay/rest time is outside 00:00–05:00, these restrictions do not apply. For questions, please contact us on Line.

    Can you issue an invoice with a Unified Business Number?

    For on-site cash or card payments, we issue invoices and can include a Unified Business Number. For bookings paid on other platforms (e.g., Expedia, Agoda), please request the invoice from that platform.

    I left something during last month’s stay—can I still get it back?

    We keep found items for one week only. To re-check, please email us with a detailed description and where you might have left it.

    I left my belongings at Fooyee Hotel—can you mail them to me?

    If found, we can mail them to your address. Fees include shipping plus a NT$100–300 service charge, billed to your credit card.
