According to the Taiwan Consumer Protection Committee standard contract, for bookings with “prepaid
total room price (full amount)” or “authorization to charge the hotel credit card (full amount),”
refunds are as follows:
1. Cancel ≥ 3 days before arrival: free cancellation.
2.
Cancel 1–2 days before arrival: 50% of total room price charged.
3.
Cancel on arrival day or no notice (No Show): 100% charged.
4.
After check-in, cancellations/refunds are not available.
Note: If the stay includes Dec 29–31 or Lunar New Year days 1–3, the full amount will be
pre-collected/pre-charged. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation, but the stay can be
postponed for use within one year.
